Key responsibilities

• Drive volume and sales growth to meet the territory’s ambition.

• Plan and manage eRTM, optimizing routes for field sales representatives.
• Support the territory’s digital transformation strategy.
• Monitor financial metrics such as profitability and gross margin.
• Build, lead, and develop an extended sales team.
• Uphold key performance indicators and conduct post‑execution analysis.
