Territory Sales Manager - Mianwali

About the role

National Foods Limited is hiring a Territory Sales Manager for Mianwali. The role leads assigned territories by handling distributors and order bookers to achieve assigned targets and implement the sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise targets for assigned territories, and set day-wise targets for order bookers based on their areas to ensure full outlet coverage.
• Prepare and share sales reports by territory and category to track target and KPI achievement.
• Manage order bookers, monitor their performance daily and ensure they know the company's products and resources.
• Conduct market visits to check outlet coverage and productivity and to understand market dynamics and customer behaviour.
• Ensure trade marketing activities are carried out at assigned outlets according to the Trade Marketing plans.
• Plan sales efforts and design PJPs by monitoring territories and RTM.
• Build relationships with key distributors by setting aligned, mutually beneficial objectives.
• Manage budgets, forecast sales by territory or category and make decisions that maximise returns and minimise costs.
