Territory Sales Manager – Bhakkar

About the role

National Foods Limited is seeking a proactive Territory Sales Manager to lead sales activities in the Bhakkar region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing distributors, order bookers, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly unit‑wise and value‑wise targets for the assigned territory.
• Set daily targets for order bookers and ensure comprehensive outlet coverage.
• Generate and share regular sales reports to monitor KPI achievement.
• Coach and monitor order bookers, ensuring product knowledge and resource availability.
• Conduct market visits to assess outlet performance, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
• Oversee trade‑marketing activities in line with the trade‑marketing plan.
• Design and execute sales plans, including PJP creation, based on territory insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors to align objectives and maximize value.
• Manage budgets, forecast sales, and make decisions that optimize revenue and control costs.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 4‑6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food products.
• Strong analytical mindset and business orientation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven capability in financial planning, forecasting, and problem solving.
