Territory Sales Manager – Chemical Products

About the role

A well-established industrial and manufacturing organisation, recruited through People Perfect, is hiring a Territory Sales Manager in Lahore. The role is for a driven B2B sales professional selling chemicals, solvents, flavours and related products to customers in the chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Sell chemicals, solvents, flavours and related products to B2B customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and related sectors.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in manufacturing and other relevant industries.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Work on-site in Lahore and travel as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Chemistry or a related field.
• 3 years of B2B sales experience in chemicals, food, pharmaceutical or cosmetics industries.
• Good knowledge of the industrial chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, solvent and cosmetics industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to sell and negotiate.
• Relationship-building skills, a positive and proactive attitude, honesty and integrity, and the ability to manage customer collections.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and sales software.
