About the role
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Territory Sales Manager to drive banking sales across the Karachi region. The role focuses on generating new business, supporting customers through digital account opening, and ensuring compliance with KYC standards.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through market visits, outreach activities, and lead‑generation campaigns.
- Assist customers with digital account opening, documentation, and onboarding.
- Conduct follow‑ups to activate accounts and mobilize deposits.
- Maintain accurate reporting of leads, conversions, and KYC compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and deposit‑mobilization goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years of experience in SME banking, liability sales, or account acquisition.
- Strong understanding of KYC compliance and banking documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer‑handling abilities.
- Proven experience in lead generation and deposit mobilization.
