Territory Sales Manager - Multan

About the role

The role involves delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory in line with company objectives. You will develop and execute territory business plans based on market potential, sales trends, distribution gaps, and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory business plans based on market potential and growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective Route-to-Market execution through optimum territory coverage and outlet development.
• Manage distributor operations to ensure stock availability, order fulfilment, and service levels.
• Drive numeric and weighted distribution by expanding outlet coverage and SKU assortment.
• Conduct regular market visits and field audits to identify execution gaps.
• Lead and coach the frontline sales team through joint market visits and performance reviews.
• Monitor territory performance using sales, distribution, productivity, and KPI data.
• Track competitor activities and provide insights to the Area Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve market issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant FMCG sales experience.
• Experience in territory management, distributor handling, and market execution.
• Strong understanding of FMCG distribution, retail dynamics, and Route-to-Market principles.
• Good analytical, communication, negotiation, and people‑management skills.
