About the role
The Territory Manager is the front‑line leader responsible for managing distributors and trade within the assigned territory. You will ensure effective distribution operations, meet sales targets and drive growth for our iconic ice‑cream brands.
Key responsibilities
- Uplift competitive visibility in stores and drive volume/sales growth.
- Coordinate with distributors and customers on operational plans and executions.
- Negotiate joint business plans and manage eRTM and optimized routes for DSRs.
- Support digital transformation strategy for the territory.
- Monitor financial metrics such as profitability and gross margin.
- Lead and develop an extended team, building talent and accountability.
- Ensure in‑store execution of all promotions across assigned categories and store formats.
Required profile
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable growth.
- Bias for action, taking ownership and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective influencer and collaborator across customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
