Territory Sales Manager – Umerkot

About the role

National Foods Limited is seeking a proactive Territory Sales Manager to lead sales activities in the Umerkot region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing distributors, order bookers, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly unit‑wise and value‑wise targets for the assigned territory.
• Set daily targets for order bookers and ensure coverage across all outlets.
• Generate and share regular sales reports to monitor KPI achievement.
• Coach and monitor order bookers, ensuring they have product knowledge and resources.
• Conduct market visits to assess outlet performance and understand market dynamics.
• Oversee trade‑marketing activities in line with the trade‑marketing plan.
• Design and execute sales plans, including PJP scheduling, based on territory insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors to align objectives.
• Manage budgets, forecast sales, and make decisions that maximize revenue and control costs.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 4–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food products.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
• Strong analytical and business orientation.

Required skills

• Product knowledge of consumer food goods.
