Testing (QAT/UAT) Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Testing (QAT/UAT) Specialist to ensure the quality, functionality and reliability of our digital products and technology solutions. The role involves close collaboration with developers, product owners and end‑users to validate requirements and deliver defect‑free releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute test scenarios, test cases and test scripts for functional, regression and integration testing.
• Identify, document and track defects using bug‑tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, validate business requirements and obtain stakeholder sign‑off.
• Maintain test documentation, test reports and traceability matrices.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of defects and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing or related fields.
• Proven experience creating and executing test plans, test cases and test scenarios.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working on customer‑centric digital products is a plus.

• Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing methodologies.
• Defect identification, reporting and tracking using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Agile and Scrum development environments.
