Textile Designer – Full‑time, On‑site in Lahore

About the role

Haseens is seeking a creative Textile Designer to join its Lahore studio on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for developing original prints and embroidery concepts that align with the brand’s luxury‑affordable vision and seasonal collections.

Key responsibilities

• Create artwork and graphic layouts for fabric prints and embroidery motifs.
• Develop repeat patterns and detailed tech packs ready for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure feasibility and quality.
• Research trends, colors, and cultural references to inspire commercially viable designs.
• Oversee sample strike‑offs, monitor execution quality, and maintain design libraries and digital assets.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in textiles and textile prints with a portfolio of production‑ready designs.
• Hands‑on experience in embroidery design, including motif development and stitch detailing.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience in fashion or apparel design, preferably womenswear, festive wear, or South Asian contemporary fashion.
• Ability to translate trends and cultural references into commercially viable concepts.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience.
