About the role

Outlier is seeking native Thai speakers to help improve artificial intelligence systems by providing expressive, high‑quality voice recordings. You will record short audio clips, read scripts in various tones and emotions, and review audio to capture textual details. No acting background is required—just a clear voice and natural expressiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Record short audio segments using your own microphone or a professional setup.
• Read and perform brief scripts that require different speaking styles, tones, and emotions.
• Listen to existing recordings and transcribe or annotate relevant details.
• Contribute to improving AI understanding of human speech, tone, and expression.

Required profile

• Native fluency in Thai with strong vocal clarity.
• Ability to convey a wide emotional range naturally.
• Quiet, distraction‑free recording environment.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Not residing in any restricted country listed in the posting.
