Ticketing Officer & Umrah Consultant

About the role

Travelution is seeking a dynamic professional to manage airline ticketing operations while also providing expert Umrah consultancy. The role combines ticket issuance, re‑issuance and refunds with end‑to‑end support for Umrah and Hajj travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, re‑issue, cancel and refund airline tickets using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Process Umrah and Hajj bookings, including visa applications and compliance with Saudi travel regulations.
• Handle client inquiries, provide travel documentation guidance and negotiate sales.
• Maintain accurate records in booking systems and ensure timely delivery of itineraries.
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels and service providers to secure optimal rates.
• Meet sales targets and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing and proficiency with GDS software.
• 3–4 years of experience in Umrah/Hajj travel consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Umrah packages, visa processes and Saudi regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu; Arabic a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests.
