TikTok Shop Manager

About the role

Amerify is a full-service growth agency for Amazon and TikTok Shop brands, running its clients' shops, creators, ads, promotions and reporting. Its TikTok Shop practice is growing fast and is building the team that runs it. As TikTok Shop Manager you will own a book of client TikTok Shops, be the main contact for each brand and make sure results and visible effort on their accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client relationship: lead weekly calls, run onboarding, send daily then weekly updates, get written sign-off before changes go live and keep every promised date.
• Run the shop: manage day-to-day operations in Seller Center (products, pricing, stock, orders, messages), monitor Shop health daily and audit and improve product listings.
• Plan promotions and the campaign calendar, test offers so discounts do not create losing orders, and report weekly scorecards (GMV, net sales, orders, creator funnel, ad spend, return, Shop health).
• Grow the affiliate creator program: find and activate creators, manage the sample pipeline, write briefs, set commissions and track the creator funnel.
• Build and run creator communities on Discord, keeping them active and turning members into posting and selling creators.
• Drive paid and LIVE: work with the media buyer on GMV Max campaigns and support TikTok Shop LIVE pilots.
• Set priorities for delivery partners, review their work, and help build TikTok Shop playbooks and SOPs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience running TikTok Shop accounts in Seller Center.
• Track record of growing a Shop through affiliate creators, with numbers you can show.
• Experience running or moderating a creator or brand community (Discord preferred).
• Comfort with numbers (GMV, margins, commissions, ad return) and strong organisation across several accounts.
• Nice to have: agency experience, GMV Max and TikTok Shop LIVE experience, creator tools such as Reacher, Kalodata, FastMoss or Euka, Amazon or Shopify experience, and apparel, beauty, wellness or home category experience.
