About the role
Systems Limited is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to support its Trade team. The role focuses on creating purchase orders, managing vendor interactions, and ensuring accurate documentation in SAP and Coupa.
Key responsibilities
- Create purchase orders based on end‑market information and share soft copies with the market.
- Generate purchase orders, follow up with suppliers for confirmation and delivery.
- Collaborate with 1LoD and 2LoD teams to resolve action logs and outstanding activities.
- Perform Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) upon request.
- Process supplier invoices received via Coupa.
- Collect and verify documentation for vendor creation and extension requests.
- Raise CRAs for new vendor creation, extensions, or unblocking.
- Maintain accurate vendor details in SAP.
- Support onboarding and enlistment of new vendors/customers in the system.
Required profile
- Experience creating purchase orders and handling vendor documentation.
- Ability to work with 1LoD and 2LoD teams on action logs.
- Familiarity with SAP for vendor data maintenance.
- Familiarity with Coupa for invoice processing.
