About the role

Backendz is expanding its e‑commerce division and seeks an experienced Amazon Account Manager to drive growth and optimisation of a high‑potential Amazon brand. This hands‑on role combines account management, listing optimisation, PPC advertising and inventory strategy to achieve long‑term marketplace success.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Amazon Seller Central accounts, monitoring health metrics and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Create, manage and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns, improving ROAS while reducing ACOS.
  • Develop and execute Amazon SEO strategies, conduct keyword and competitor research, and enhance organic rankings.
  • Create and optimise product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms and A+ Content.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with forecasting, and coordinate stock‑related improvements.
  • Analyse performance data, prepare weekly/monthly reports and present strategic growth recommendations.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Proven track record of growing Amazon brands through PPC, SEO and listing optimisation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPIs such as ACOS, ROAS, TACOS and CTR.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and Amazon support case handling.
