Trainee CAD Designer (Internship)

About the role

INTECH Automation Intelligence is looking for a CAD Designer (Intern) to join its team and help advance process automation solutions for industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities and Renewable Energy. The intern contributes to projects involving integrated control systems, SCADA virtualization, wellhead automation and telecommunication. Only fresh graduates are considered.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, CADWorx and other design tools.
• Assist senior engineers and designers in developing layout drawings, isometrics and fabrication drawings.
• Maintain drawing files and ensure proper document control.
• Support the review and update of drawings according to project revisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on project deliverables.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh candidates only.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn industry standards and project procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software.
• Familiarity with CADWorx is preferred.
