About the role
LumiGrid is seeking a motivated Trainee Sales Executive to join its growing team in Islamabad. This full‑time hybrid position focuses on promoting solar energy solutions to residential, commercial and agricultural customers, helping them transition to clean, cost‑effective power.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact prospective clients through various outreach channels.
- Assess customers' energy needs and recommend tailored solar solutions.
- Present product information clearly, explaining technical aspects of solar systems.
- Support clients throughout the purchasing and financing process.
- Maintain and nurture long‑term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn about renewable‑energy products and financing options.
- Team‑player who can collaborate effectively with sales and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; an engineering background is preferred.
