About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Trainer / Facilitator to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for employees across the region. You will play a key part in building capability, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and supporting the professional growth of our workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver outcome‑focused training sessions for diverse audiences and functions.
- Facilitate capability‑building programs that align with business objectives.
- Coordinate with regional Learning & Development teams and Capability Coaches to ensure consistent training standards.
- Contribute to the creation of training content, facilitator guides, and learning materials.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience as a Trainer or Facilitator.
- Banking experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for developing people and delivering impactful learning experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively across regions and functions.
