Travel Consultant – Hajj & Umrah Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Travel Consultant to join our Lahore office and specialise in Hajj and Umrah packages. The role operates on UK business hours and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales of pilgrimage tours.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hajj and Umrah packages to individual and group clients.
• Handle airline ticketing, applying knowledge of ticketing rules and fare structures.
• Provide accurate quotations, process bookings and manage documentation.
• Achieve sales targets and earn commissions based on performance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on airline policies and pilgrimage regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the travel industry (fresh candidates may also apply).
• Mandatory experience in Hajj and Umrah sales.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Availability to work UK timings.

Required skills

• Knowledge of airline ticketing rules & regulations.
• Understanding of airline fare structures.
