About the role

Clearoute Inc. is seeking a highly organized, professional, and client‑focused Travel Desk Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for travel‑related support. The role ensures a seamless travel experience for clients from planning through completion, emphasizing accuracy, responsiveness, and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for client travel inquiries, requests, and support via phone, email, and other channels.
• Arrange and manage domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and related services.
• Prepare and deliver detailed travel documentation, itineraries, confirmations, and advisories while ensuring compliance with client policies and budgets.
• Monitor travel schedules, proactively address changes, cancellations, delays, or disruptions.
• Resolve travel‑related issues by coordinating with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors.
• Provide emergency and after‑hours assistance when required and escalate complex situations appropriately.
• Maintain accurate client records, travel reports, booking summaries, and expense documentation.
• Support process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
