About the role
Riseway Travel is seeking a full‑time Travel Sales Consultant to join its Lahore office. You will help clients design personalized travel itineraries, manage reservations and ensure every journey is smooth and memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning bespoke travel itineraries.
- Manage bookings, reservations and all travel arrangements.
- Provide expert travel advice and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Interact with customers daily to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Create seamless travel plans that meet client needs and budget.
Required profile
- Proven experience in travel consulting, travel management or itinerary planning.
- Strong customer‑service background and reservation handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail‑oriented problem‑solver with a Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
- Knowledge of local and international destinations is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with travel booking and management tools.
