Travel Sales Executive – Closing Specialist

About the role

Paramount Tourism Club, a travel and tourism company with its new office in Bahria Town, Lahore, is hiring a Travel Sales Executive (Closing Specialist) to handle customer inquiries, negotiate and turn leads into confirmed bookings. The position is full-time and on-site, with a fixed monthly salary of PKR 45,000 plus performance-based commission.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound travel inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media.
• Understand customer travel requirements, budget and preferences, and recommend domestic tour packages.
• Prepare quotations and explain itineraries, pricing and inclusions.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed, paid bookings while keeping company pricing and profitability.
• Negotiate with customers, follow up on potential customers and manage sales objections.
• Maintain lead records, booking updates and daily sales reports, and coordinate with the operations team for booking execution.
• Contribute to sales for the upcoming international tourism expansion.

Required profile

• 1 year of relevant sales experience preferred; proven closing ability is essential.
• Experience in travel and tourism, hospitality, telesales or customer-facing sales highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Urdu and English.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
• Full-time on-site availability in Bahria Town, Lahore.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Ability to convert WhatsApp and phone inquiries into confirmed bookings.
