About the role

Sky Routes Marketing is seeking a motivated Travel Sales Executive to join its growing team in Lahore. The role focuses on selling a range of travel products, including air tickets, visa services, Umrah packages, and curated travel itineraries, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Sell domestic and international air tickets, visa services, Umrah and travel packages.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into confirmed sales, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide pre‑sale advice and post‑sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in travel sales.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment with a professional attitude.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset and willingness to meet performance goals.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Sabre.
