Truck Dispatch Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Truck Dispatch Sales Agent to join our team in Lahore. You will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls and building lasting relationships with trucking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective trucking clients via outbound calls.
• Present our dispatch services and convert prospects into active customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an outbound sales campaign.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
