Truck Dispatch Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Truck Dispatch Sales Executive to expand our dispatch service business. You will identify, engage, and onboard truck owners, owner‑operators, and small fleet companies, selling them comprehensive dispatch solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and pitch dispatch services through calls, messaging, email, and social media.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations that clearly explain services, pricing, and value.
• Convert leads into paying clients and achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth client handover and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Build long‑term relationships to encourage retention and referrals, and track market trends.

Required profile

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, telesales or business development; freight/logistics experience is a plus.
• Excellent spoken English with a confident, professional tone.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Strong command of MS Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
