Truck Dispatch Sales Manager

About the role

The Truck Dispatch Sales Manager will lead and expand truck dispatch sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, drivers, and internal teams. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Lahore District.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and grow truck dispatch sales operations.
• Manage dispatch schedules and daily load assignments.
• Negotiate and close deals with new and existing customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers, shippers, and clients.
• Monitor performance metrics and resolve service issues.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify market opportunities and implement sales strategies.
• Coach dispatch and sales staff and collaborate with leadership to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in truck dispatch, transportation, or logistics coordination.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation and deal closing.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, able to manage multiple loads and accounts.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for fast‑paced environments.
• Leadership experience supervising or mentoring team members.
• Comfort using dispatch software, CRM tools, and standard office applications.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore District with reliable attendance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Prior experience in a BPO or outsourced services environment is a plus.
