US Truck Dispatcher

About the role

The US Truck Dispatcher will coordinate daily truck routes across the United States from our Lahore office. You will assign loads, monitor driver locations, and adjust schedules to ensure on‑time deliveries while maintaining clear communication with drivers, clients, and carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and book loads using US load boards and dispatch software.
• Monitor driver locations and shipment status via mapping tools.
• Adjust schedules and routes to resolve delays and meet delivery targets.
• Communicate regularly with drivers, brokers, and clients to provide professional updates.
• Verify documentation, track shipments, and maintain accurate records of routes, hours, and load statuses.

Required profile

• Experience in US trucking or dispatch operations.
• Strong English speaking skills.
• Good knowledge of the US freight market and load boards.
• Ability to negotiate rates and coordinate with drivers and brokers.
• Preference will be given to candidates based in Lahore.
