Truck Dispatcher and Sales Agent

About the role

NexMove Global LLC is seeking a full‑time Truck Dispatcher and Sales Agent to join its Faisalabad office. The role blends logistics coordination with proactive sales activities, ensuring freight loads are moved efficiently while expanding the company’s customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, dispatch, and monitor freight loads, assigning trucks and drivers to meet delivery schedules.
• Communicate daily with drivers, shippers, and carriers to resolve scheduling issues and ensure on‑time pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records in dispatch and tracking systems, updating status in real time.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities, contacting potential clients and presenting NexMove’s services.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate rates within defined guidelines, and close sales deals.
• Provide responsive customer support and address service inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance targets and service standards.
• Adapt work hours to support different time zones and urgent operational requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in truck dispatching, logistics coordination, or freight brokerage.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English with professional phone and email etiquette.
• Proficiency with dispatch software, transportation management systems (TMS) and common office tools (spreadsheets, email, CRM).
• Solid organizational, time‑management and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field is preferred.
