About the role

The Market Research Executive will lead and manage research projects from proposal design through execution, analysis and presentation. You will turn complex data into actionable insights that support client decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

Independently manage small to medium‑scale research projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
Develop research proposals, sampling frameworks, cost estimates and design questionnaires or discussion guides aligned with client objectives.
Lead data processing, validation and interpretation, creating insight‑driven reports and storylines for clients.
Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, presenting findings and providing actionable recommendations.
Mentor junior research staff and collaborate with operations, analytics and data‑visualisation teams.

Required profile

Graduated degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in the research industry.
Strong analytical and numeracy abilities.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office
