UI/UX Designer – Create Engaging Digital Experiences

About the role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences that matter. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product development process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Design clean, consistent UI components and maintain design systems.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of hands‑on UI/UX design experience, preferably in a product or tech environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the full design process from research to final UI.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision is a plus.
• Deep understanding of user‑centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Solid grasp of responsive and mobile‑first design principles.
• Experience conducting user interviews, creating personas, journey maps, and turning research into actionable designs.
• Ability to build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Strong visual design sensibility (typography, color theory, spacing, layout).
• Comfortable working in an agile environment with short feedback loops.
• Excellent communication skills and a self‑driven mindset.
