About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to lead the design and optimisation of our digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will translate complex journeys into intuitive, visually engaging interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Map end‑to‑end customer journeys for each product area and identify user pain points.
- Develop service blueprints, navigation structures, and interaction flows.
- Create low‑fidelity wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes using Figma or equivalent tools.
- Maintain a unified component library and style guide, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, development teams and QA to integrate insights and ensure pixel‑perfect implementation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of proven UI/UX design experience for digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design thinking and execution.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
