UI/UX Designer – Onsite in Islamabad

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned UI/UX Designer to join our fast‑moving startup in Islamabad. You will shape the visual and interactive experience of our web and mobile products, turning business goals into intuitive, user‑centered designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to uncover user needs.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high‑fidelity UI designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define experience strategy.
• Ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital products.
• Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.
• Work closely with frontend developers to guarantee accurate implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of proven UI/UX design experience for digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in an agile, dynamic startup environment.
