Unity Developer – Mobile Game Focus

About the role

Start2Play Games LLP is looking for a full‑time Unity Developer to join its on‑site team in Johar Town. You will work closely with designers, artists and fellow engineers to create engaging mobile gameplay experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise core gameplay systems using Unity and C#.
• Integrate art assets, animations and UI elements into Unity scenes.
• Debug, profile and improve performance across multiple mobile devices.
• Participate in level implementation, ensuring pacing, balance and interactive elements meet design goals.
• Maintain clean, scalable code, conduct code reviews and contribute to team discussions.

Required profile

• Strong Unity and C# programming background with solid OOP knowledge.
• Hands‑on experience developing and optimising mobile games for various platforms.
• Understanding of level design principles, including pacing and balance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development or equivalent practical experience.
