Unpaid Designer (Full‑time Hybrid)

About the role

Growth Hive is looking for an unpaid Designer to join its team on a full‑time hybrid basis. The role is based in Sindh, Pakistan, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting visual communication across both digital and print channels while building a strong portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Create layouts, select typography and colour palettes for brand assets, social media posts, presentations and other design materials.
• Refine existing graphics, prepare files for campaigns or internal projects, and ensure final assets meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements, participate in feedback sessions and iterate on concepts.

Required profile

• Strong foundational knowledge of visual design, including layout, typography, colour theory and basic branding.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, openness to feedback and ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience using Figma or similar design software.
