Upwork Bidder – Onsite (Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our Lahore office. You will be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and converting Upwork opportunities for our IT services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Search and bid on relevant Upwork projects in software development, AI/ML, web and mobile app development, and staff augmentation.
• Prepare customized proposals that match client requirements and project scope.
• Communicate with prospective clients, answer inquiries, and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.
• Follow up with leads to maximize response and conversion rates.
• Maintain and update the company’s Upwork profile and track bidding activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop project estimates and technical solutions.
• Monitor Upwork trends and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding and business development for IT services.
• Excellent written English and strong negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
