About the role

We are expanding our agency and need a proactive Upwork Business Developer to turn platform job posts into signed contracts. You will work remotely using our Top Rated Plus account to generate high‑quality leads and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Search daily for relevant Upwork jobs in WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and UI/UX design.
• Craft personalized, high‑converting proposals without using generic templates.
• Engage initial client conversations, qualify leads, and hand them off to the delivery team.
• Track proposal metrics, refine successful tactics, and keep the proposal library up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven Upwork bidding experience with closed‑deal evidence.
• Excellent written English with a consultative communication style.
• Strong understanding of WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and UI/UX project scope and pricing.
• Familiarity with Upwork connects strategy, Job Success Score, and platform best practices.
