About the role

PsychPlus is seeking a Corporate Secretary / Legal Counsel to support its U.S. corporate entities. The role involves managing entity registrations, incorporations, statutory filings, and ongoing compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage U.S. entity registrations, incorporations, and statutory filings.
• Maintain corporate records, governance documents, and entity databases.
• Support ongoing compliance and annual/biennial filings for U.S. entities.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research related to corporate matters.
• Prepare and review corporate resolutions, agreements, and legal documents.
• Coordinate with external counsel, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Law degree (LLB/JD or equivalent).
• Hands‑on experience with U.S. entity registration, incorporation, and corporate/statutory filings.
• Experience in corporate secretarial, corporate legal, or compliance functions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work onsite in Karachi and manage multiple deadlines.
