US Recruiter – Non-Technical Hiring (Night Shift)

About the role

Level3 BOS is seeking an experienced US Recruiter to lead non‑technical hiring for US‑based clients. The role operates on a night shift aligned with US business hours, handling end‑to‑end recruitment for functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US non‑technical positions.
• Source candidates using US‑focused platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates according to US hiring standards.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Track recruitment data, maintain pipeline visibility, and ensure a professional candidate experience.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience with proven US market exposure.
• Demonstrated success hiring for non‑technical roles such as Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations.
• Strong knowledge of US sourcing channels and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work night shift (approximately 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM US time).
