Venture Consultant (AI & EdTech)

About the role

Aqovia is seeking an entrepreneurial Venture Consultant to accelerate growth across its incubator ecosystem and strategic partnerships. You will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate, spin‑off, and scale technology ventures, especially those emerging from our AI‑driven EdTech and LMS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, structure, and validate scalable business models for technology products within Aqovia’s pipeline and EdTech portfolio.
• Conduct market sizing, competitive landscape mapping, and feasibility studies for incubator entities.
• Develop go‑to‑market frameworks, pricing structures, and early‑stage revenue models for new ventures.
• Create investment decks, strategic briefs, and financial business cases for internal and external boards.
• Partner with product managers and engineering leads to align product roadmaps with validated market demand.
• Guide portfolio ventures through milestones, monitoring KPIs and growth metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in startup accelerators, venture capital firms, corporate incubators, or management consulting.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS commercial models, unit economics, growth marketing, and digital monetization.
• Track record building business cases, commercialization plans, and multi‑year financial projections.
• Strong ability to analyze unstructured market data and produce concrete strategic recommendations.
