Video Editor – Creative Team (Lahore)

About the role

InSol360 is expanding its in‑house creative team and is looking for talented Video Editors to craft compelling visual stories for international clients. You will work on a variety of formats, from talking‑head interviews to faceless explainer videos, ensuring each piece resonates with the target audience.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce high‑quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Perform full sound engineering: voice syncing, noise reduction, EQ balancing, and music integration.
• Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to maintain cohesive brand storytelling.
• Organise project files efficiently and meet tight delivery deadlines.
• Explore and apply new editing techniques, effects, and AI‑powered video tools to boost productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, Film, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional video‑editing experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Excellent English comprehension for captioning, titles and on‑screen text.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, feedback‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Audition
• Audio mastering and sound‑engineering techniques
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Descript, Runway, OpusClip or ElevenLabs (optional)
