Virtual Assistant – Recruitment Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our HR team and keep our high‑volume hiring process running smoothly. You will act as the central point for candidate communication, interview scheduling, and recruitment data management, ensuring accuracy and speed at every step.

Key responsibilities

• Screen incoming applications and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Update hiring trackers, spreadsheets, and recruitment databases.
• Coordinate and schedule a large volume of candidate interviews, aligning calendars of candidates and interviewers.
• Send interview invitations, confirmations, reminders, and follow‑up messages.
• Handle rescheduling promptly while keeping all records up‑to‑date.
• Organise candidate pipelines across different hiring stages.
• Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms when required.
• Collect required candidate documentation and ensure data consistency.
• Report daily progress, completed tasks, pending actions, and blockers.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Recruitment Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle high‑volume coordination.
• Stable internet connection and a proper remote‑work setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with Google Docs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• Remote work with flexible schedule (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT).
• Monthly salary of PKR 40,000.
