Virtual Assistant – Short-Term Rental Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to manage day‑to‑day operations for our U.S.-based short‑term rental clients. Working on‑site in Lahore, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check‑ins, check‑outs and overall guest satisfaction during night‑shift hours aligned with U.S. time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms.
• Manage reservations, booking changes and cancellations across OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO.
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance crews and external vendors to resolve operational issues.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Monitor check‑in and check‑out processes to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal management systems.
• Escalate urgent matters to supervisors when necessary.
• Perform general administrative tasks supporting daily operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.

Required skills

• Familiarity with short‑term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO).
• Comfort with using digital communication and reservation tools.
