Virtual Chiropractic Assistant – Remote

About the role

The Virtual Chiropractic Assistant (VCA) provides remote front‑desk support for U.S.-based chiropractic practices. Working from anywhere, you will coordinate patient scheduling, manage documentation, and assist with insurance processes to ensure smooth, patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule new consultations, adjustments, therapy sessions, re‑examinations and follow‑up appointments.
• Handle confirmations, cancellations, reschedules and maintain provider availability.
• Send appointment reminders and follow‑up communications to improve attendance.
• Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for patients, answering inquiries and updating demographic information.
• Upload and organize intake forms, referrals, imaging reports and other patient documents.
• Record communications and appointment updates in digital healthcare systems.
• Verify patient insurance details and support documentation for insurance verification.
• Coordinate with providers and internal teams to ensure complete records before each visit.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and calendar management.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.
