About the role
Health & Virtuals is seeking a highly trusted Virtual Executive / Legal Assistant to support leadership teams across the United States. This remote position ensures executive workflows run smoothly, handling calendar coordination, inbox management, meeting logistics, and documentation with professionalism and discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, schedule across time zones, and block priority time.
- Monitor and organize inboxes, flag urgent messages, and draft professional responses.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including virtual links, agendas, and participant alignment.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed notes, action items, and decisions.
- Track follow‑ups, assign task ownership, and update shared systems.
- Create presentations, reports, and operational documents using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Arrange travel, events, and external engagements as needed.
- Communicate on behalf of executives with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle time‑sensitive requests and shifting priorities.
- Proactive in identifying gaps and supporting leadership needs.
