About the role

Ninja Travel & Tours is expanding and is hiring a detailed-oriented Visit Visa Consultant in Johar Town, Lahore. The consultant guides clients through tourist visa requirements and handles applications for major international destinations such as the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients on visit/tourist visa requirements, documentation and application procedures.
• Review, organise and verify applicant documents to ensure compliance with embassy guidelines.
• Complete online visa forms, schedule appointment slots and track application status from submission to completion.
• Maintain prompt communication with clients by phone, WhatsApp and email, giving updates and resolving queries.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of proven experience as a Visit Visa or Travel Consultant in a travel agency or consultancy.
• Solid understanding of visa filing processes for popular tourist destinations.
• Excellent communication in Urdu and basic English, strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site at the office in Johar Town, Lahore.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and web portals.
