Warehouse Assistant – FMCG (Karachi)

About the role

Apricart is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. You will ensure accurate inventory handling, smooth dispatches, and compliance with safety and SOP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate stock reports.
• Coordinate stock levels with purchasing and operations teams.
• Oversee loading/unloading, conduct physical counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare warehouse documentation such as GRNs, delivery challans, and stock transfer records.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper product arrangement.
• Work with logistics and delivery teams to achieve timely dispatches.
• Monitor damaged, expired, or returned items and keep proper records.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
