Warehouse Manager – Pharmaceutical Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead end‑to‑end pharmaceutical warehousing activities, covering raw materials, packaging supplies, domestic distribution and export operations. The role ensures efficient processes, inventory accuracy and strict regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations and robust controls.
• Ensure FEFO/FIFO compliance and full traceability of stock.
• Drive automation, digitalisation and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Monitor KPIs, optimise capacity, layout and storage utilisation.
• Guarantee compliance with GMP, GDP, GSP and related regulations.
• Manage quarantine, returned, damaged and expired items.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
• Lead, train and develop warehouse staff, handling shift planning and performance.
• Maintain safety, security, housekeeping and equipment reliability.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment for both domestic and export shipments.

Required profile

• MBA or equivalent qualification.
• 6‑10 years of pharmaceutical warehousing and logistics experience.
• Deep knowledge of GMP, GDP, GSP, FEFO/FIFO principles and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership, planning, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
