Warehouse Operations Executive

About the role

Gold Times Accessories is seeking a diligent Warehouse Operations Executive to manage daily warehouse activities for its mobile phone accessories business. The role ensures smooth receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, unloading, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of mobile phone accessories.
• Maintain and update inventory data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP software.
• Conduct routine stock counts, cycle counts and inventory audits to resolve discrepancies.
• Implement proper labeling, sorting and organized storage to improve handling efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare dispatch documents, delivery records and stock reports.
• Monitor product handling to minimise damage and loss, especially for fragile electronic items.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with loading/unloading and liaise with transporters and couriers.
• Report shortages, damages or operational issues to supervisors promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
