Warehouse / Store Manager – Fashion Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse / Store Manager to lead inventory and material flow in a fast‑growing fashion and garment manufacturing business. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock records, timely material availability, and efficient warehouse operations across the production lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, trims, accessories, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile physical stock with ERP/system data, and conduct regular audits.
• Monitor material movement through all production stages and coordinate with production and design teams based on Bill of Materials.
• Organise warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and supervise daily warehouse staff activities.
• Prepare and submit inventory, stock aging, and replenishment reports for management.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
• Perform quality checks on incoming materials and outgoing finished products while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, store, or inventory management.
• Previous experience in textile, garment, fashion manufacturing, or retail is essential.
• Strong command of English and Urdu.
• Ability to work on the warehouse floor and manage day‑to‑day operational activities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP or inventory management systems, preferably Odoo.
