Web & Mobile Delivery Manager

About the role

The company is looking for a Senior Project Manager / leader who acts both as strategic owner of the PMO function and hands-on leader of critical delivery programs, especially mobile and digital application development. The role combines enterprise PMO leadership with direct delivery accountability, ensuring governance, standards and frameworks are actively used to deliver predictable, high-quality results for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PMO, define delivery frameworks, governance models and KPIs, and build its tooling, templates and reporting standards
• Manage the project management and development team and align execution with organizational strategy
• Take ownership of key client programs and high-impact projects, overseeing end-to-end delivery of iOS, Android and cross-platform apps
• Plan, estimate, schedule and execute work, manage risks, dependencies and scope changes, and unblock teams
• Own portfolio-level planning, lead capacity planning and resource allocation, and balance utilization, cost and quality
• Track delivery KPIs and run dashboards in JIRA and Confluence, giving executives visibility into portfolio health and forecasts
• Serve as a senior escalation point for clients, lead client communications and governance forums, and build long-term client trust
• Enforce risk management, compliance and quality assurance, and introduce automation and reporting tools
• Coach project managers and delivery leads and capture lessons learned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field; Master's (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• 8-12+ years in project, program or delivery management roles
• 4-6+ years in PMO leadership, senior delivery or program ownership roles
• Proven experience delivering mobile and digital applications at scale
• Experience with enterprise or multi-client delivery environments and exposure to digital transformation or scale-up delivery models
